Safety rules
A generator must always be installed outdoors or in a dedicated, ventilated room, away from windows. Exhaust gases contain carbon monoxide, which is odourless and deadly.
The set must also be earthed and connected to your switchboard through a changeover switch, so that its power never flows back into the grid. For choosing and fitting the changeover switch, ask our team.

A generator is serviced according to its running hours, and at least once a year. The schedule, task by task: the generator maintenance schedule.
When should you call us out?
Have your generator checked as soon as one of these signs appears:
- black smoke from the exhaust;
- hard starting;
- unusual noise or vibration;
- unstable voltage or frequency;
- an alarm light on the controller.
- Technical assistance.
- Diagnosis and repairs.
For a repair, give us the brand, the model, the serial number if possible and the fault you have noticed.
Spare parts
We supply replacement parts and service consumables for the generators and equipment we sell.

For a part, send us the brand, the model and the serial number.
Lead time and cost depend on the destination and the equipment. For a large generator, plan for truck access and a way to unload it.

A rental runs in four steps:
- Describe your need: power or appliances to supply, duration, location.
- Receive a proposal: we check availability and propose a suitable generator with a quote.
- Hand-over of the generator on the terms of the quote (transport, installation, fuel).
- Return of the generator at the end of the rental.

Rental sizes depend on current availability.
Do you deliver outside Kinshasa?
Yes. We deliver in Kinshasa, Lubumbashi and the other provinces of the DRC. Lead time and cost depend on the destination and are stated in your quote. Our guide to delivering a generator to the provinces lists the information we need from you.
Do you install generators and pumps?
Yes. We handle on-site installation, commissioning and a hand-over to your users. See our services.
Do you provide maintenance and after-sales service?
Yes: periodic servicing, diagnosis and repair, after-sales service and spare parts.

Yes, for the equipment we sell. Tell us the brand, the model and, if possible, the serial number.
Do you repair motorcycles?
Yes. We repair motorcycles and supply spare parts for the motorcycles we sell. Tell us the brand, the model and the fault.
