Centrifugal pumps: what to know

Our 2 LEO centrifugal pumps deliver high flow to fill a tank, water a garden or transfer water. The ACM37 (0.37 kW) delivers up to 5.4 m³/h and the ACM75 (0.75 kW) up to 6 m³/h, according to their datasheets. Both draw water from up to 8 m.

Choosing a centrifugal pump

A centrifugal pump favours flow. To lift water higher, choose a multistage pump or a peripheral pump. Place the pump as close to the source as you can: beyond about 8 m of suction lift, a surface pump is no longer enough. Our guide on which water pump for a house helps you compare.

Our models

  • LEO ACM37: 0.37 kW, single-phase, max. head 23 m, max. flow 5.4 m³/h, max. suction 8 m.
  • LEO ACM75: 0.75 kW, single- or three-phase, max. head 36 m, max. flow 6 m³/h, max. suction 8 m.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the ACM37 and the ACM75?

The ACM75 has twice the power: 0.75 kW versus 0.37 kW. It lifts water up to 36 m instead of 23 m and delivers up to 6 m³/h instead of 5.4 m³/h. Both draw from up to 8 m and accept water up to 60 °C.

Is the ACM75 available in three-phase?

Yes. Its datasheet lists a single-phase and a three-phase version. State which one you want in your quote request. The ACM37 is single-phase.
